Pia Mia EARLY LIFE (1996 – 2013):
Pia was born as Mia Perez on September 19, 1996, in Guam, United States of America. He has Italian, Samorro, Dutch and Hungarian ancestry. Her father is Peter Perez Jr., while her mother is Angela Terlaje Perez. He spent his childhood in his hometown of Guam.
Pia Mia THE GIFT (2013 – 2015):
He started his music career by posting covers. Later, in 2013 to be precise, he started working with producer Nic Nac. Her debut single, Red Love, was released on December 9, 2013. Shortly after, on December 23, 2013, he released his debut EP, The Gift, online and for free.
In February 2014, he signed a multi-album deal with the American record label Interscope Records. He then teamed up with Chance the Rapper to co-write the song Fight For You for the film The Initiated. He then began work on his debut album.
In early 2015, he released his promotional song Fuck With U with G-Eazy. On May 4, his joint song with Chris Brown and Tyga, Do It Again, was released. With this song, he achieved greater success than before: the single appeared on countless music lists, and was certified four times platinum and three times gold. On October 30, he appeared with another song, Touchal.
THE GIFT 2, AFTER (2016 – PRESENT):
