Joe Jonas EARLY YEARS:

He was born as Joseph Adam Jonas on August 15, 1989 in Casa Grande, Arizona, United States of America. His mother, Denise (Miller) Jonas, is a former sign language teacher and singer, and his father, Paul Kevin Jonas Sr., is a songwriter, musician, and former pastor of the Assemblies of God Church. He grew up in Wyckoff, New Jersey. He has three siblings, an older brother, Kevin, and two younger brothers, Nick and Frankie.

Thanks to his parents’ musical background, Joe was interested in the performing arts from an early age, so he took music lessons at a young age, and more precisely learned to play the piano, while Nick and Kevin played the guitar. However, apart from music, he was always mostly interested in comedy, he wanted to be a comedian, but in the end he decided on a career in music. He attended Eastern Christian High School in North Haledon, New Jersey. He started his career in the 90s with his brothers,

JONAS BROTHERS: (2005-2013)

The whole Jonas Brothers was formed by Nick Jonas after he started a solo project. In September 2004, one of Nick’s old songs, Joy To The World, came into the hands of Columbia Records, and they liked it, so they wanted to make an album with the talented boy. The release of the disc was planned for December, but the album was rejected by the label.

Nick then began co-writing songs with his brothers for the album. Steve Greenberg – who was the new president of Columbia Records at the time – heard one of Nick’s songs and liked the boy’s singing, so he arranged a meeting with him. At the meeting, Nick was accompanied by his two brothers, where they performed one of their jointly written songs together, Please Be Mine. Steven liked the song, so Daylight/Columbia Records signed the three boys as a band. The publisher suggested several names for the boys,

2005 2010 was mostly about touring, they toured with several successful and globally known artists such as Kelly Clarkson, Jesse McCartney, The Backstreet Boys and Jump5. At the end of the year, they played on the same stage with Aly & AJ and the Panther Girls. Their first single was Mandy, which was released on December 27, 2005. Of course, a video clip was made for this, but it only arrived in February 2006.

In early 2006, they were the opening act for The Veronicas girls tour. Their first LP was originally supposed to arrive in February 2006, but the record label rejected the album several times, including because of tensions with Sony, who wanted to see one more single on the album. Two song covers were also made for the album, they were “Year 3000” and “What I Go to School For” by the British band Busted. The boys made a separate song, Time For Me To Fly, which was released in February of the year, and also became one of the theme songs of the movie Aquamarine.

Their song Mandy was also featured on an episode of Zoey 101: Spring Break Up, one of Nickelodeon’s most successful shows, and on Cartoon Network’s Cartoon Cartoon Fridays. The band also covered Yo Ho, a song from Pirates of the Caribbean, which was included on Disneymania’s fourth album, which was released in April 2006. In the summer of 2006, the boys also toured with Aly & AJ.

The Jonas Brothers created the theme song for one of the Disney series, American Dragon: Jake Long’s second season. The first studio album finally hit store shelves on August 8, 2006. The album was successful, but Sony was no longer interested in the band, so the boys considered changing labels. On October 3, the boys’ first Christmas album, Joy To The World: The Ultimate Christmas Collection, arrived, which was inspired by Nick’s former song. Also in October, they covered the song “Poor Unforunate Souls” known from The Little Mermaid, which was eventually included on the soundtrack of The Little Mermaid due to its success. The album’s second single, “Year 3000” (cover of Busted)
