Sony closes a rather problematic issue, which was the Polish dubbing, or rather the lack of it, in the box version for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The next update makes it into the hands of players.
The launch of God of War Ragnarok has two faces. The work of Santa Monica Studio receives incredibly high marks from reviewers, and the gaming community does not spare nice words about this production. On the other hand, it was not without problems, which was felt in particular by the owners of the boxed version of the game.
It quickly turned out that there is simply no Polish dubbing, which consequently enraged many Polish players. Sony did not remain indifferent and reacts to the problem. On November 13, the problem was resolved on PlayStation 5 consoles. Now it’s time for PlayStation 4.
Update 2.02 brings the coveted Polish dubbing to the PlayStation 4 box version of God of War Ragnarok. Sony also advises on how to deal with potential problems.
Added audio support in Polish for players who purchased the game on a disc in Poland.
Note: Make sure the game is fully installed from disc or network and updated to version 2.02 before enabling the Polish language in speech settings.
If the game is not fully installed, there will be no sound or subtitles in the in-game dialog.
To correct this, close the app and restart it when the game is fully installed and the patch installation is complete.
