To make multigrain idli, first, take out urad dal and fenugreek seeds in a bowl and wash them.

Now cook urad dal and fenugreek seeds in a pressure cooker till 1 to 2 whistles.

When the dal is cooked, take it out in a big bowl and add ragi flour, millet flour and jowar flour to it.

Now add about 1/2 cup water to this paste and prepare a smooth paste.

Add 1 teaspoon salt to this paste and keep it aside.

Keep the multigrain idli batter covered for at least 12 hours, so that it ferments.

If you want to make idli immediately after mixing the batter, then add baking soda to it.

When yeast rises in the batter, add half a glass of water to the mixture and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Now grease the idli mold with some oil and pour the batter.

After this, cook the idli until it is completely cooked and serve it hot.
