In recent times, many young people like to hike and go on camping holidays. Like becoming a new trend to go out to enjoy the beauty of nature on the mountain or in the forest while relaxing with friends. But it’s good if you want to follow this healthy trend. Don’t copy a trend that has already been phased out, right?
Since I have written about hiking and camping, you can use the following tips and ideas before your next trip:
1 Use corn crackers to start a fire
If you forget to bring a fire starter, use corn crackers like Doritos to start the flame. But if the cracker has burned, don’t make a viral video saying that the cracker contains plastic.
2. Burn sage leaves to repel mosquitoes
If you’re sweet-blooded and mosquitoes are particularly attracted to you, toss a bundle of sage leaves into the fire. The smoke produced will prevent mosquitoes from coming to the area. Plus, your campsite will smell good too.
3 Afraid of broken eggs? Break it ready.
Eggs are easy to break if not packed properly. You can fill the egg in a container like this and stir it together with the ready-made seasonings. It’s nice not having to beat the eggs later.
4 Avoid insects getting into shoes
Stuff the shoes with a cloth or shirt to prevent insects or small animals from getting into the shoes while you sleep.
5 Wrap the charcoal in an egg carton
When you want to start a fire, you can directly burn the egg carton with charcoal. Glad the fire is burning.
6 Buy a solar-powered lamp like this one
You want to read, you want to cook, you want to go ‘throw away’ in the middle of the night, it’s easy when you have a waterproof and durable lamp like this.
7 Place the phone in a plastic or ceramic cup
If you want to listen to music while camping, you can use these tips to amplify the sound, so that all your friends and animals can hear your favorite song. Make sure the cup is empty and does not contain coffee water!
8 This flashlight makes life fun
Have you ever felt stressed when you use a normal flashlight because you don’t know where to light the front or the ground/road you want to step on? If you buy a flashlight like this, your problem is solved. Can see the road ahead with the road you want to step on.
9 Use a pocket shoe organizer to store kitchen items
You can hang it like this or tie it to a tree using duct tape. Easy to find items and save space!
10 Use a Tic Tac box to store matches
To avoid wet matches, store the matches in a Tic Tac box and DIY a little by sticking a striker from the original match box or you can paste sandpaper.
You can also store other small items such as hairpins, earphones, cooking spices and sewing tools in the Tic Tac box.
